Research Interests
I am interested in Computational Argumentation - the study of argumentative texts like online discussions. I am asking the question of what defines fair and constructive communication, what makes a "good argument". My focus is on the analysis and facilitation of such dialogues to enable all participants to be heard and feel heard regardless of their level of expertise or demographic factors.
